1 ½ pounds chicken wings and drummettes

Living Simple Angry Garlic Spice

2 teaspoons Living Simple olive oil

Step 1

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss to coat.
Step 2

Sprinkle Living Simple Angry Garlic Spice over chicken and toss until evenly covered.
Step 3

Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 4

Arrange chicken in the basket of the preheated air fryer in a single layer, not touching. Cook until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 12 minutes, turning halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). For crispier wings, increase temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

1 tablespoon Living Simple olive oil

Living Simple Angry Garlic Spice

2 (12 ounce) New York strip steaks

1/2 stick of butter

8 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1

Melt butter. Wisk in Living Simples Angry Garlic to taste. Add the steaks, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 2

Combine 12 garlic cloves and 1 cup olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is golden and tender, about 30 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Remove steaks from bag, wiping off excess marinade with paper towels. Generously season steaks with Living Simples Angry Garlic
Step 4

Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Generously brush French bread slices with melted butter. Place on a baking sheet and broil in the preheated oven until crisp and golden, about 5 minutes.

Step 5
Cook the steaks on the prepared grill until they start to firm and are reddish-pink and juicy in the center, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C). Remove steaks to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
