Living Simple Smoky Braii (season to taste)

2 tablespoons of worchestershire

4 bone in Pork Chops

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2

In a bowl, mix together Living Simples Smoky Braii and Worcestershire sauce until thoroughly combined. Rinse pork chops, and sprinkle the wet chops on both sides with the spice mixture. With your hands, massage the spice rub into the meat; allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Step 3

Grill the chops over indirect heat until no longer pink inside, about 12 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow chops to stand for 10 more minutes before serving.

Living Simple Smoky Braii (season to taste)

2.5 pounds of chicken wings

Step 1

Heat up smoker to 225 degrees F
Step 2

Using a clear plastic bag, add in enough seasoning to cover the wings. Insert chicken wings 2-3 at a time and shake bag until wings are lightly coated
Step 3

Smoke wings using you favorite wood chips at 225 degrees for about 2.5 hours. Using a meat thermometer, ensure chicken reaches 165 degrees
