Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients

1 Can of beer

1 whole chicken

Living Simple Rub-it Good Dry rub

Directions

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, about 375 degrees F. Generously rub Living Simple Rub-it Good to an even coat on the chicken. Place the half-full can of beer in the center of a plate.
Step 2

Place the chicken, standing on the can, directly on the preheated grill. Close the lid and barbeque the chicken until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone should read 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Remove the chicken from the grill and discard the beer can. Cover the chicken with a doubled sheet of aluminum foil, and allow to rest in a warm area for 10 minutes before slicing.

Venison Tacos

Ingredients

1.25 ounce Living Simple's Rub-it Good

1/4 cup Flour

3 pounds venison meat

2 tablespoons of Living Simple Garlic Oil

1 1/2 cups of water

Directions

- Step 1
  
  Mix half the Rub-it Good Seasoning with the flour and coat the meat with this mixture. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the roast in the oil and brown well on all sides.
- Step 2
  
  Place the meat in a slow cooker with the water and cook on low setting for 8 hours or on high setting for 5 hours. When meat is done, shred with a fork and enjoy.
